Great location just off the motorway and not far into town.
Positive: Excellent location for me on a wedding visit. It brought back memories of the area as I lived round the corner when I was growing up in Leyland. Good room size, comfortable and clean. Kitchen if required.

Well kitted out
Positive: A very well kitted out homestay and reasonably priced. Comfortable bed. Good kitchen for self-catering.
Negative: Room was a little cramped, given the installation of a double bed.
