Regal Private Room with UHD TV

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Positive: Chris and Bailey were the most perfect hosts. Chris is incredibly friendly and efficient. He went above and beyond to make us feel right at home! The whole experience exceeded my expectations - I would definitely book again!

You had it all covered, just that I had forgotten that you had sent me details ahead of travel and I was looking for the code on the day we arrived ... , never mind it all sorted out ok. Negative: Personally I detest any kind of room sent, from plug-ins to perfumed sticks/ candles and unfortunately they were everywhere.

Positive: Bed was comfy Negative: No kettle in room and only 1 plug socket

Perfect place for my mini break Positive: The location was close to the amenities that I needed for my stay. The room was set up for a very relaxing stay as I wasn’t out all the time and the ambiance of the room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and i slept well. The kitchen was very well equipped with all I needed and clear instructions were given on the areas of the kitchen I could use. The back garden was secure for my dog Negative: N/a

Value. Comfortable.We were in leyland for a wedding. Ideal for short stay. Positive: Very peaceful area. Everything we needed was available. Was allowed late check out. Very close to cafes and local shops. Nice outside area for sitting in sun. Negative: First time in air b and b so took tiny bit of getting used to sharing bathroom etc but was fine.
