Positive: Proximity to the motorway is ideal for a stopover when heading north from Wales. Lock box system with the keys worked well. Good communication response to questions. Towel and bedding provided and TV in room wall to good standard. Negative: Nothing really.

Uncomfortable, due to temperature in the room and no facilities to cool it down Positive: House was clean and well presented and location was convenient for motorway travel Negative: Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to the lack of response to a significant issue with the room. When I arrived, the room was unbearably hot, and there was no fan or any other way to cool it down despite the very hot weather. I contacted the host immediately and was told that fans had been ordered but would not arrive until the weekend. As I was checking out on Friday morning, this did not help during my stay. I replied to explain that the room remained extremely hot but received no further response and no alternative solution or offer of assistance. I understand that some issues may be outside a host's immediate control. However, what disappointed me most was the lack of communication and the absence of any effort to address the problem or make my stay more comfortable. My review reflects my genuine experience. Had the issue been acknowledged and handled more proactively, my overall impression would have been much more positive.
