Via Hostaway, our property management system.

To protect our property and handle disputes or legal claims.

Data stored securely on Hostaway and our business phone.

CCTV footage retained for 365 days and used only for security, damage disputes, or legal cases.

Data may be retained if required for legal defence or chargeback disputes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with cleaners or third parties except as required by law.

Booking platforms are responsible for data collected on their own websites.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
