Positive: I appreciate the very detailed and easy to understand instructions. The room was very clean and comfortable. Chris was very friendly and responded quickly to my messages and requests. The ability to use the bathroom and kitchen was also a big plus for us. With free wifi and Netflix on the TV, we definitely didn't get bored when we had to stay inside in bad weather. With a large closet in the bedroom, we had more than enough space to put all our things. I also appreciate the extra pillows and borrowed bath towels. We saw Bailey once and petted her, she was very calm and friendly :)

Positive: Great location just a few minutes off the motorway, so great for an overnight stop. Comfortable bed.

Good stay Positive: Comfortable beds, very clean and tidy Negative: Got allocated to the wrong room. But the owner was easily contactable and got the problem sorted straight away.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Positive: Chris and Bailey were the most perfect hosts. Chris is incredibly friendly and efficient. He went above and beyond to make us feel right at home! The whole experience exceeded my expectations - I would definitely book again!
