Positive: Location was good. Quiet. Very comfortable. Bed is huge and very comfy. Kettle and tea/coffee tray would be an extra special touch (know there is one in the kitchen). Overall very pleased with the room (no. 4). Ensuite always. Will definitely book that room again. Thanks. Negative: Didn't like the slope to park the car. Parked on the main road at the front of the property. No problem. Extra pillows in the room would be nice.

Ideal place as right near my son and dog friendly too Positive: Location was excellent for us great for exploring the dales/ lakes or going to into the city for the Xmas market etc rooms were comfortable and clean Negative: Not enough mugs only 3 and they was 5 of us, considering there was only one other person in the property there wasn't any room in the fridge or space for storage of our food Use of a communal room would have make the stay complete

Positive: Excellent comfortable stay. With a peaceful nights sleep. Will definitely consider another stay, if ever up that way again

Lovely themed room with excellent decor, warm and cozy. The room an en suite was spotless. Positive: The room was cozy and very well presented. The decor is themed and set it apart from other hotels, exceptional idea. The location is ideal for a short walk into the town centre. Would highly recommend. Negative: The key safe wasn't under cover and in the rain it took a while to get the combination entered, I was soaked through.

Positive: Bed is really huge, comfortable. Very clean room and bathroom.
